William Resto

William (Bill) Resto, 81, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2022 at MorseLife Healthcare with his loving wife by his side and his loving sons on the phone. He was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and raised his family in New York City and south Florida.  An incredibly hard worker, William radiated kindness, love, and joy unmatched by many. Guided by faith and zeal for life, he took genuine interest in learning about and knowing everyone he met and most of all enjoyed the simple pleasure of eating a good meal with his family and friends. William was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend and will be greatly missed by all.

William is predeceased by his parents Juan and Maria and siblings Mariano, Cruz, Jenny, and Olga; siblings-in-law, Yolanda, Carlos, and Emmanuel along with their beloved family dog, Pepper.

William is survived by his wife, Carmen; sons, Andrew and Christopher (Ashima); daughter-in-law, Tsafrira; grandchildren, Devin and Andrew Casey; siblings, Blanca, Raymond (Maria), Gloria (John), Maria (John), and many nieces and nephews. 

The Funeral Service will take place at 9:45 AM on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.

ATTIRE:  Come as you are and be comfortable.  All colors are welcome. 

The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until service time at the funeral home on Saturday. Immediately following the service on Saturday at 12 Noon, William will be laid to rest at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 10941 Southern Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
