Tulsie will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Radha Heeralal, children, Amrica Ramoutar, Gary K. Heeralal, Sunil N. Heeralal, Lisa R. Bunsee, grandchildren, Andrew Ramoutar, Krystall Heeralal, Tara J. Ramoutar, Katelynn R.A. Bunsee, Kayla R. Bunsee, Rishikesh Bunsee, & great-grandchild, Zane Ramoutar, five brothers, three sisters.
The family will receive friends 9:00 am-2:00 pm Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
