Tammy Lyn (Stephens) Campbell

August 27, 1959 — December 2, 2022


On December 02, 2022 Tammy Lyn Campbell, a loving Mother and mentor
to many passed away at her home in Homosassa Florida at age 63.
Born in West Palm Beach, FL on August 27, 1959, Tammy grew up in the Lake
Worth area. She served in the United States Army from March 1977 until
August 1979 where she was honorably discharged as a Specialist. Known to
many as “Mama Tammy”, “Mama T” or “Auntie-Grammy Tammy”, she
enjoyed Church activities and was passionate about volunteer work. Tammy
volunteered at the Elk’s Club, American Legion, Citrus County Sherriff’s
Office, as well as sponsoring 100’s of children through Compassion
International and rescuing countless elderly and needy pets. Tammy was an
Ordained Minister, Notary Public and Semi Truck Driver. She enjoyed and
took pride in mentoring new drivers. She was awarded the “Highway
Diamond of the Year” in 2016 by Prime Inc. for her mentorship of 3 student
drivers at the time and her “willingness to always help”. With over One
Million accident free miles as a professional driver with Prime Inc., she
received the “Gold Millionaire” award for Outstanding Performance in 2017.

Tammy is preceded in death by her parents Bernard Earl and Lettie Louise
Stephens. She is survived by her siblings, Betsy Robison, Ann Browder and
Bill Cobb, her Children, Sheavie Aileen Reagan (Mark Allen), Eja Jenee Dunn
(Dennis Perez), Tori Lynette Lucas, Benjamin Joseph Turner (Bryanna
Gardner), Cass Kaska (Karah), William Vincent Campbell and her Grandchildren Michael Liam McGann,
Morgan Ross Neitzel, Lettie Lynn Reagan (Sheavie), Dennis Perez Jr., D’Angelo Perez, Julian Anthony
Perez (Eja), Z Lucas, Francesca Eloise Lucas, Eleanor Alexandra Lucas (Tori), Olivia Jean Turner, Baby
Turner (Benjamin) and Bryson Gabriel Campbell (William) as well as many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

A viewing will be held for Tammy on December 21, 2022 6:00pm-8:00pm at Tillman Funeral Home 2170
S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415. Funeral Services will be held on December 22, 2022
11:00am at The Salvation Army Church of Worship & Lake Worth Corps 4051 Kirk Rd, Lake Worth, FL
33461. Tammy will be laid to rest with full Military Honors immediately following the service at Pine
Crest Cemetery 1724 12th Ave S, Lake Worth, FL 33460.
