Hijo de Ramon Hernandez y Juana Garcia. Segundo será recordado con mucho amor por su hija Rayna Hernandez (Odennis). Sus recuerdos y lindas historias perdurarán por siempre en los corazones de su nieto Dahlan Ortiz; sus hermanos Luis Maria Hernandez, Caridad Hernandez, Aleyda Hernandez, Juan Antonio Hernandez, y Celso Hernandez.
