Rochelle T. Pass

Rochelle “Tiby” Pass passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Tiby is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 70 years, Richard “Dick” Pass; her children, Roy Pass, Marla and her husband, David Rubin, and Stacey Prieto; and her adoring grandchildren, Stephanie Rubin and her husband, Ryan Hooks, Jennifer Rubin, Andrew Prieto and his wife, Farren Landes, and Matthew Prieto.

She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

Services will be held on Friday, October 9, at 9:00 a.m. at South Florida National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tiby’s memory may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation
