Philip Michael Cook, age 83, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away May 3, 2022.
Philip was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Susan Berry.
He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife, Christa A. Cook, sons, Mark Cook (Eleanor), David Cook (Birgit), four grandchildren, sister, Jean Awtry.
Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
