Patrick will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his mother & stepfather, Sara & Tomas Montesino, father, Christopher Sarvela, sister, Isabelle Sarvela, brothers, David Sarvela & Joshua Evjen.
Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
Inurnment will take place at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach.
