Patricia Anne Greene, age 86, of Lantana, Florida entered into eternal rest August 22, 2026.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband Stephen M. Greene in 2009.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Chris Greene & her brother, Francis Schultz.
Patricia will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Stephen at 9:30 AM on Friday, October 16, 2026 at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. Please assemble in Lane #3 by 9:15 AM if attending services at the cemetery on Friday.
Arrangements are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
