Neil Allen Campeas

Neil Campeas passed away in his home on October 6th, 2026. A lover of cars, Krav Maga, and his family, Neil started his career as an English teacher in 1985, and finished his education career as the principal of Nottingham highschool in Hamilton, NJ.

Born in Brooklyn, NY to Marjorie and Jack Campeas (pre-deceased) he is survived by his brother, David Campeas (Faye), Niece Emily Arzi (Jordan), Son Doug Holzbaur (Amber), Granddaughter Zoey, and Granddaughter Savanna.

More than anything in this world, Neil loved his dog Penny, who was his partner, companion and best friend. They loved long walks through their Florida neighborhood.

Neil will be deeply missed by all of those who loved him, and his memory will always be a blessing. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
