Margaret Mary Doyle

Margaret Mary Doyle passed away on December 11, 2024 at 85 years old. She was always full of life, laughter and wisdom. She was born on October 21, 1939 to Joseph and Nora Doyle. She grew up in Linwood, Pennsylvania. She was the oldest of four children and spoke of her early years as the eldest Doyle with great pride. She married the love of her life, Ed Abrams.

Margaret Mary is survived by her brother, Michael (Dee) Doyle, nieces and nephews Michael Doyle, Kathy Haverkamp, Tom (Julie) Doyle, and Susie (Andy) Filius; sister-in-law Sandi Doyle and daughter Nancy (Bob) Cozzi; sister Miriam (Charlie) Ednie and their children Noreen and Brian. She has many great nieces and great nephews, including Brooklyn, Alayna and Emily Filius, who love her very much. She is preceded in death by her dear husband Edwin Abrams, parents Joseph (Chappie) and Nora Doyle, brother Joseph Doyle, great niece Amanda Doyle and many beloved aunts, uncles cousins and friends whom she held dear to her heart.

Margaret Mary was a lifelong learner. She spent many years as a teacher, teaching both elementary and secondary school. She also worked as a medical assistant.

Margaret Mary met her husband, Edwin Abrams, and they fell quickly in love. The couple left Pennsylvania and moved to Florida, where they built a beautiful life together. It was in Florida that she embarked on a career in the real estate industry.

Margaret Mary has many friends who love and care deeply for her. A special thanks to Donna Cash and her grandson, Joey, for their unending love and support.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at South Florida National Cemetery at 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth, Florida 33449. Please assemble in Lane #3 by 10:45 AM if attending services at the cemetery on Monday.
