He is survived by his fiance' Rosemary Perez; mother, Dause Alonso; father, Jose Vega; sisters, Darcy Alonso and Annie Alonso; brother, Joseph Alonso Vega; grandmother, Ana Alonso; grandfather, Lazaro Alonso; biological father, Julio Montes. Leo will also be lovingly remembered by many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
