West Palm Beach, Florida

It is with great sadness that the family of Judy Hall Lozano announces her passing at the age of 67. Judy passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.

Judy was born on March 4, 1957 in Lawrence Massachusetts to the late Wallace and Mildred Hall. As a teenager, Judy grew up in South Florida where she attended Lake Worth High School and later pursued her bachelors degree in special education at Florida State University and Florida Atlantic University.

Judy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and an extraordinary friend to many. She is survived by her loving husband, Jose Lozano, her children Joseph, David, and Heather, as well as her adored granddaughters Ellie and Charlotte. She was also a proud and dedicated caretaker to her beloved cat, Luna.

She had a long and fulfilling career in education, where she worked passionately to teach and support special needs students. Judy’s generosity was boundless, and her kindness was legendary. She always put others' needs ahead of her own, offering help without hesitation and ensuring that everyone around her felt seen, valued, and appreciated.

Judy had a deep love for sports, especially for Florida State University. Her passion for the Seminoles was unwavering, and she made sure everyone around her knew just how proud she was of her FSU roots. Known for her infectious energy and larger-than-life personality, Judy could light up any room and make every gathering more joyful. Whether telling one of her famous stories or passionately cheering on her beloved Seminoles, Judy’s presence was unforgettable.

Above all, Judy cherished her role as a caretaker and deeply loved God and her family. Her husband, children and granddaughters meant the world to her, and she showered them with unconditional love and affection. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In honor of Judy’s memory, the Lozano family will memorialize her legacy with a dedicated brick at Doak Campbell Stadium, a place that symbolizes her love for FSU. As Judy would always say: “GO NOLES!”

A Memorial Service will be officiated by Pastor Jim Sims at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Grace Fellowship Church, 8350 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach.

The family asks that donations be made to her GoFundMe link in Judy’s memory:
