Jerome Gelin, Sr., age 87. of Greenacres, Florida passed away at home on September 20, 2021. Mr. Gelin was born in Croix des Missions, Ouest, Haiti on January 6, 1934. He is survived by his children, Patricia Gelin, Jerome (Nichole) Gelin, Jr., Michelle (David) Gelin, Elberg (Shaheewa) Gelin, Lowell Gelin, Kevin (Chantay) Gelin and Bruce (Suerita) Gelin; grandchildren, David Jonathan Williams, Takara Gelin, Malik Gelin, Amari Gelin, Donovan Gelin, Ezra Gelin, and Thabo Gelin; great grandchildren, Serenity Joy Williams, and Justice Rose Williams.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, October 1, 2021 at The Chapel of Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, Florida 33317. A service officiated by Rev. Henry E. Green, Jr. will begin in the chapel at 12:00 PM followed by interment.
