James will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his son, James C. Wellen (Silvie), grandchildren, Matthew Wellen, Serafina Wellen, sisters, Gloria Vasallo, Tina Wellen.
Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
