He was born on April1, 1929, in Matnog, Sorsogon, Philippines, and departed from this world on June 20, 2024, in Lake Worth.

Throughout his career, Honesto distinguished himself through his integrity and diligence in every task he undertook. His kind and welcoming personality brightened the lives of those around him always extending a helping hand to others in need.

In his final moments, Honesto was surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his home, finding peace as he embarked on his next journey. His passing leaves a void in the hearts of many but also serves as a reminder of the profound impact he had on those fortunate enough to cross paths with him.

Surviving Honesto are his children: Aniceto B. Garalde, Harrison B. Garalde, Maria Teresa G Bachelder; along with 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren who will carry forward his memory with love and reverence.

Services to honor and celebrate the life of Honesto Formanes Garalde will take place at Tillman Funeral Home and Crematory in West Palm Beach for visitation on June 27th from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and a prayer service from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lake Worth on June 28th at 10:00 AM, signifying a final farewell to a remarkable individual who touched the hearts of many.
