Gerald Hammer, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the age of 84. Gerald was born on March 27, 1937 to the late, George and Katherine Hammer in Millville, Pennsylvania. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Sherri Medile (Nick), Laurie Hammer, and Kerri Cuocci (Dennis); grandchildren, Alyssa Isaac (Alan), Nicholas Medile, Anthony Medile, and Luca Cuocci.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
