Frank David Lloyd

October 24, 1951 — September 22, 2022

Frank David Lloyd, Jr. passed away on Sept 22nd, 2022. After a long battle with COPD, emphysema, and lung cancer. He was born on Oct 24, 1951, in Charleston, West Virginia.

Frank is survived by his daughter Rachel Lloyd, sons Jordan Lloyd and Jacob Lloyd; grandchildren Jacob, Kaleigh, Karly, Shyann, Emma, Madison, and Hazel (daughters of his late beloved son Joshua Lloyd). He was a huge fan of the Miami Marlins, and loved going to games with his family. His greatest past- time was coaching his kids in baseball, and softball. Frank was also a talented pool player back in his prime. He was a proud Army veteran and flew a flag in his yard every day. It will continue to fly in his honor.

The family would like to thank the Veterans hospital for their many years of healthcare. They'd also like to thank Trustbridge hospice for the support and help in navigating his end of life care. They'd also like to thank all of our family and friends for their support and prayers.

The family will have a small service at the South Florida National Cemetery. Anyone who knew Frank is welcome to join the family. Inurnment with Military Honors will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 13, 2022. Please assemble in Lane #3 by 10:45 AM if attending services at the cemetery on Thursday.
