Florence W. Thorpe

Florence W. Thorpe, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025 at the age of 95. Florence was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica on March 20, 1930. She was predeceased by her husband, Ivan Morgan; parents, William Goulbourne and Medora Cook; brothers, Willie Goulbourne and Wells Goulbourne; sister, Hortense Cobrand and her great great grandaughter, Nhyla Mcfarlane. Florence is survived by her daughter, Carmen Thorpe; sister, Elsie Goulbourne; grandson, Steven Thorpe and his partner, Angela McCallum; granddaughters, Sharon Thorpe, Sonia Morris, Sandra Thorpe, Audrey Mcfarlane and Michele Mcfarlane; great grandsons, Bryson Thorpe, Jamaal Thorpe and Tyreke Mcfarlane; great granddaughters, Bridie Thorpe, Shanice Mcfarlane, Aaiesha Mcfarlane, Roxanne Mcfarlane, Aaminah Mcfarlane and Shamarna Morris; great great grandchildren, Mikkael Edis, Nikkolai Morgan, Nikklaus Morgan, Perryn Mason, Aaliyah Mcfarlane and Amaisah Mcfarlane. Florence will also be lovingly remembered by other family members and countless friends who will miss her dearly. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.  A Funeral Service celebrated by Rev. Jacob Asiedu-Frempong will take place at 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 21st at the funeral home followed by interment at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
