Fernando will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Shirley Vindas: his seven children, Shirley (Bernardo Bolanos) Ruiz, Fernando (Erika Rodriguez) Ruiz, Aaron (Marilyn Morales) Ruiz, Yacilyn (Carlos Gasperi) Ruiz, Christian Ruiz, Veronica Ruiz and Fernando Antonio Ruiz; thirteen grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
