Faith L. Smith, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the age of 63. Faith was born on July 8, 1956 in Rome, New York. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Teddi Bantay and significant other, John "Jack" O'Rourke.
Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
