Con profundo dolor y tristeza en nuestros corazones, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Delia E. Camacho, conocida por todos como “Tía Esther”, nacida en Guayaquil, Ecuador, en Diciembre 21, 1940; hija de Francisco Camacho y Susana Sánchez. Querida hermana de Celia, Francisco, Víctor, Gladys, Ernesto, Dolores, César, Washington y Rosa. Amada tía de sus sobrinos Luzuriaga, Camacho, Gutiérrez, Haz y Preciado. Rodeada de sus seres queridos dio su último aliento de vida el Sábado, 28 de Junio, 2025, en la ciudad de Riviera Beach, FL.

La Tía Esther fue una mujer admirable, muy querida y respetada por toda su familia. Su mayor virtud fue su generosidad incondicional: dio todo de sí sin jamás esperar nada a cambio. Fue un ejemplo de fortaleza, entrega y amor inquebrantable, dejando una huella imborrable en las vidas de todos quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla.

Tía amorosa, guía y consejera, y a veces hasta alcahueta, nuestra Tía Esther fue uno de los pilares de la familia Camacho. Su legado de cariño, sabiduría y sacrificio permanecerán vivos en el corazón de su familia y en especial de sus sobrinos, y futuras generaciones que seguirán inspirándose en su ejemplo.

Hoy la despedimos con profunda tristeza, pero también con gratitud por los hermosos momentos compartidos a su lado. La tía deja un vacío inmenso en nuestra familia, pero su memoria y su amor vivirán por siempre en todos nosotros.

Descansa en paz, querida Tía Esther.

With deep sorrow and sadness in our hearts, we announce the passing of Delia E. Camacho, known to all as “Tía Esther,” born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on December 21, 1940; daughter of Francisco Camacho and Susana Sánchez. Beloved sister of Celia, Francisco, Víctor, Gladys, Ernesto, Dolores, César, Washington, and Rosa. Cherished aunt of the Luzuriaga, Camacho, Gutiérrez, Haz, and Preciado families. Surrounded by her loved ones, she took her final breath on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in the city of Riviera Beach, FL.

Tía Esther was an admirable woman, deeply loved and respected by her entire family. Her greatest virtue was her unconditional generosity: she gave all of herself without ever expecting anything in return. She was a shining example of strength, devotion, and unwavering love, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A loving aunt, guide, counselor, and at times even a partner-in-crime, our Tía Esther was one of the pillars of the Camacho family. Her legacy of affection, wisdom, and sacrifice will live on in the hearts of her family—especially her nieces and nephews—and in the future generations who will continue to draw inspiration from her example.

Today we say goodbye with deep sadness, but also with gratitude for the beautiful moments we shared by her side. She leaves an immense void in our family, but her memory and love will live on forever within us all.

Rest in peace, beloved Tía Esther.

Grant her, O Lord, eternal rest,and let perpetual light shine upon her.
