Carolyn A. Hoffman

November 27, 1937 — April 19, 2022

Carolyn A. Hoffman, age 84, of Palm Springs, Florida went home to be with her savior, Jesus Christ, on April 19, 2022.

Carolyn will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her husband, Richard E. Hoffman, daughter, Kathlyn Gilfillan (Charles), four grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, brother, Gordon Hoeksema.

A Committal Service will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, May 24, 022 at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida. Please assemble in Lane # 5 by 2:45 PM.

Arrangements are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
