Carmelo Antonio Santos Tollinchi, age 66, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away on December 6, 2021. Carmelo was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico on August 23, 1955. He is survived by his daughter, Angelica Santos; brother, Martin Santos; niece, Mariela Figueroa. Carmelo will also be lovingly remembered by many sisters, family and friends in Puerto Rico and the United States.
Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida
