Brenda was born to Orland & Mary Miller, she took her first breath on August 13, 1956. She grew up in Plainfield Illinois, a town she loved and talked about often. Her family relocated to Palm Beach Gardens where she finished high school and trained to become an insurance agent. After learning the business and an award-winning stint with Prudential, Brenda founded Johnson & Miller Insurance with her parents, a private agency that was in business for over 20 years. Brenda was a member of the United Methodist Church of the Palm Beaches and was involved with various prayer and bible study groups . She enjoyed reading novels and watching old western and mystery tv shows. Brenda will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Brenda lived a full and vibrant life with her family and pets. She would spend time with her late husband Bill enjoying working in the garden and swimming in their pool. Brenda always stressed the importance of family being together on holidays and hosted many Thanksgivings and Christmases at her house. She stayed close to her parents and her daughter in West Palm Beach and liked being at home. She did travel occasionally like when her granddaughter Victoria was born and in her later years was able to travel to visit Patricia, Mark, and Jennifer in their new home in Missouri. Her family meant more to her than words can describe.

Brenda was predeceased by her husband Bill Webb, her father Orland Miller, her mother Mary Miller her daughter Tara Roberts and her niece Tiffany Adams. She is survived by her sister Patricia Adams, her brother-in-law Mark Adams, her niece Jennifer Adams, her granddaughter Victoria Fletcher, her daughter-in-law Andrea Fletcher, and her son Jeffrey Fletcher.
