Beverly Jane Reeves Bocchino, 91, of Greenacres Florida entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 8, 2026. She was a longtime resident of East Hanover, New Jersey before moving to Florida. She passed away, peacefully with family and friends by her side after a sudden medical emergency.
Beverly was pre-deceased by her husband, John Michael Bocchino, formally of East Hanover, NJ in 1994.
She was the daughter of the late Sadie Lombardy Reeves and Raymond S. Reeves. Also predeceased was her beloved sister, Dorothy Reeves Palette and her husband, Ralph Palette of Middletown , NJ.
Surviving are her daughter Lisa Bocchino of Greenacres, Fl; her daughter Gina Marie Bocchino of Tom’s River, NJ; and her son, John Bocchino, and his wife Genevieve of Eastampton, NJ. Beverly also leaves behind a granddaughter, Noelle Elizabeth Bocchino, and a grandson, John Christian Bocchino. Both of whom she (Nanni) cherished very much, calling them her “grandies.”
Also surviving are her niece, Susan Palette Gallagher, and her husband, Kevin; her nephew, Raymond J. Palette, his wife Elenita and their children Alex and Lauren Palette.
Throughout her life, she was blessed with both her and her husband’s wide circle of friends and relatives.
She touched so many lives in countless ways. While it would be impossible to name everyone who held a special place in her heart, her family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all who shared in her journey, offered friendship, support, kindness, and love over the years.
Beverly dedicated herself to helping others, serving as a talented Registered Nurse, notably at Cornell Medical center in NY and West Essex General Hospital in Livingston,NJ. She provided compassionate care to countless patients, even celebrities such as John F Kennedy and Harry Belafonte. Her kindness, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to helping those in need has left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
A brief Catholic service will be held on June 24, 2026 10 am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery. 10941 Southern Blvd.Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411
