Barbara Jane Jagmin, 88, passed away on 4/3/26 in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Barbara was born on August 1, 1937 in South Bend, Indiana to Stanley and Theodora (Zawodny) Jurek. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Gertrude, Evelyn, Patricia and Cecelia and brothers, Stanley, Gene and John. Her husband, Marion Jagmin; preceded her in death after 43 years of marriage on 9/7/57. Left to honor her memories are children, Chris (Jack Biehl) of Phoenix, AZ, Cindy (Larry Bond) of Winter Park, FL, Janine of Torrance, CA , Greg (Brian Graves) of Chicago, IL, Kelly of Osceola, IN, Beth (Kevin Will) of and Jeff (Amy) Also, surviving are her loving grandchildren, Jessica (Nick Lillo), Alex, Abbie, Zoe, Samantha, Jacqueline (David Murray) and Savannah (Mark Androconis). 

Even more joy for her were great grandchildren: Brodie, Sawyer, Owen, Emma, Lilah and Grant. Barbara was a long-time resident of South Bend and had been employed for many years as a sales associate (Buttons and Bows and Louie’s Tux Shop) before moving to Richmond, VA, then Lake Worth, FL with her partner, Roland Sheneman. Her major life role was as wife and caregiver to her husband and seven loving children. She loved her role as grandma, and great grandma and cherished her time with them. She was a member of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church in South Bend. 

The family is so thankful for the many years of loving care of their mom by Roland Sheneman and his son Dan Sheneman. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered on behalf of Barbara Jagmin to Hospice of Palm Beach County

A celebration of life will be planned later in 2027.
