Butch will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kimberly K. Dias, children, Jeremiah Dias (April), Sarah Cowles (Evan), Grace Dias & husband, Gabriel Dias, Justin Carioti (Brittany), Lindsey Carioti, Brandon Carioti, grandchildren, Caiden, Aspen, Amelia, Conrad, brother, Tony Dias (Carol), sisters, Gloria Cabral (John), Esther Williams (James), mother-in-law & father-in-law, Joan & Russell Goodwin.

The family will receive relatives & friends 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday, November 8, 2025 at River Church 3650 Shawnee Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, where funeral services will held 11:00 AM-1:00 PM with Pastor Corey Erman officiant.

Arrangements are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
