Beloved father of John Bickham, Thomas Davis Bickham, III, Susan Abrams, Richard Bickham and Jeffrey Bickham. Inurnment with military honors will take place 11 AM Thursday, January 31, 2013 at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth. Please assemble in Lane 5. Arrangements are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
