Age 89, of West Palm Beach, passed away at home on March 16, 2013. Mrs. Latham was born in Tallmadge, Ohio on January 13, 1924. She was predeceased by her step-daughter, Beverly Fortner. Emma is survived by her son, James G. (Sandy) Cardaman; grandchildren, James, Elizabeth, Vincent and Beverly. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 25, 2013 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail in West Palm Beach.
