Dorothy Q. Foley

Age 89, of Atlantis, Florida passed away October 19, 2012. Mrs. Foley was a United States Navy Veteran, where she served in the Nurse Corps. She was the beloved wife of the late William Foley. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her children, Terry Register, Maureen Gilbert, Brian Foley, Sheila Evelyn, Eileen Strickland, Mary Miller, Paul Foley and Sean Foley, her sister, Joan Quinn, 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her love for family, Dorothy enjoyed Golf, Bridge and Travel with a lifetime of friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 AM Monday, October 22, 2012 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Lake Worth, the Rev. Clem Hammerschmitt celebrant. Burial with military honors will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach. The family will receive guests 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday (today) at TILLMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, where prayers will be said at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest donations to: Hospice of Palm Beach County or the Alzheimers Foundation.
