Fong, loving father of Robert Fong and Bruce Fong, dear brother of Shirley, Joyce, Yvonne, Pauline and Monica, cherished grandfather of Abby and Emme. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
