Age 70, of West Palm Beach, passed away on June 23, 2014. Mr. Newlan was born in Daytona, Florida on September 25, 1943. He was a retired veteran of The US Air Force. Mr. Newlan is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty L. Newlan; son, James Newlan; daughter, Theresa Rodberg; grandchildren, James Newlan, Johnathan Cadoose and Heather Rodberg; brothers, John Newlan, Walter Newlan and Davis Newlan. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
