Age 101, of Lantana, formerly of Greenacres, Florida, passed away on August 31, 2014. Mrs. Forman was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 7, 1913. She was predeceased by her husband, William J. Forman. Mrs. Forman is survived by her son, George Newman. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach.
