Mack Forsyth

Mack Forsyth, age 66, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away at his home on March 31, 2015. Mack was born in Selma, Alabama on January 21, 1949. He is survived by his wife, Gloria F. Forsyth; son, Joseph David Forsyth; daughter, Heather Michelle Forsyth; grandson, Joshua; brother, Gene Forsyth. A Funeral Service officiated by Pastor Sherman Dibble will take place at 3:00 PM on Monday, April 6, 2015 at Horizon Baptist Church, 12965 Orange Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 PM until service time on Monday.
