Jose R. Garcia, Sr. "Papa", passed away on April 28, 2015 in Atlantis, Florida. Mr. Garcia was born in Lares, Puerto Rico on December 25, 1921. He was predeceased by his wife, Frances Garcia Gerena in 2011. Mr. Garcia is survived by his children, Jose R. Garcia, Jr., Esther Vlasic and Gloria Ortiz; twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. A Funeral Service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, May 8th at 11:00 AM followed by burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park in West Palm Beach, Florida.
