Francis J. Cooney, Sr., age 73, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away at his home on June 3, 2015. Mr. Cooney was born in Norwich, New York on September 10, 1941. He is survived by his wife, Brigitte Cooney; son, Frank J. (Nicole) Cooney, Jr.; daughter, Kelli (Richard) Cross; stepson, Manfred Guhr; stepdaughter, Moneca Guhr; five grandchildren; brother, Matthew Cooney. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2015 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. A funeral service officiated by Rev. Aidan M. Lacy will take place at 7:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the funeral home.
