Clair L. Shewalter

Clair L. Shewalter, age 94, of Lantana, Florida passed away October 1, 2015 in Atlantis, Florida. Mr. Shewalter was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of World War II. He was predeceased by son, Michael Shewalter, daughter, Kristin Espe, and grandson, Michael Osgood. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife of 74 years, Janis R. Shewalter, children, Karen Shirk (Ron), Andrea Furdaus (Gary), Linnette Shewalter, Robert Timmons (Tim) Shewalter, 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, sisters, Martha Mohr, Jean Lonergan, Jo An Couden, son-in-law, John Espe. A graveside committal service will be held at Marietta Cemetery in Marshall County, Iowa, under the care of Anderson Funeral Home, 405 West Main Street, Marshalltown, Iowa 50158 (641) 753-5511. Local arrangements are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
