Sally Anne Sweikata Frederick, age 49, of Greenacres, Florida passed away on January 14, 2016. Sally Anne was born in Rockville Centre, New York on October 14, 1966. She is survived by her husband of ten years, Keith E. Frederick; daughter, Rebecca (Ryan) Sweikata; son, Matthew James Alberts; sister, Lisa (Gary) Martellucci; brothers, Thomas (Rose) Alberts, Robert (Joanne) Alberts and Joseph (Gaye) Alberts.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 2:00PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida 33415. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Reverend Antony Pulikal at 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida 33415.
