Walter A. Clarke, Jr., age 98, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away April 12, 2016. Mr. Clarke was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and retired as a Lt. Colonel. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his children, Judith C. Bennett, Walter A. Clarke, III, Deborah C. Ryan, Rebecca Byrne, Jocelyn McRae, 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, sister, Constance Ackerman. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach. A Memorial Service will be held May 14, 2016 at Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin Street, Ticonderoga, New York.
