Grace Cerbone

Grace Cerbone, age 90, of Wellington, Florida passed away January 1, 2017 with her family by her side. Grace was a parishioner at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, West Palm Beach. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her husband, James M. "Jim" Cerbone, children, Leslie Mercurio, Bart Woytowicz, Diane Diano (Gino), Bruce Cerbone (Dee), Jim Cerbone (Haley), grandchildren, Alexander Woytowicz, Eric Woytowicz, Victoria Mercurio, Kevin Cerbone, Caroline Lemon, Sarah Cerbone.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:00 AM Friday, January 6, 2017 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, West Palm Beach, the Rev. Antony Pulikal celebrant. Entombment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach. The family will receive relatives and friends 2-4 & 6-8 PM Thursday at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, where prayers will be said at 7:30 PM.
