Richard Louis Bieber, age 82, of Palm Springs, Florida passed away at home on January 4, 2017. Mr. Bieber was born in Binghamton, New York on November 25, 1934. He was a retired veteran of the US Army. Mr. Bieber was predeceased by his sister, Selene Bieber. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Marge S. Bieber; sons, Joseph M. (Karyn) Kolly, John M. Kolly, Richard A. (Trisha) Bieber and Todd R. (Beth) Bieber; daughters, Vicki K. (David) Joice, Dara L. Reynolds and Darlene C. (Douglas) Elsbree; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Harley (Martha) Bieber and Howard "Butch" Bieber; sister, Jolene Whitehead.
Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
