Shamim Akhtar Butt, age 77, of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away February 17, 2017. Shamim was born in Lahore, Pakistan on January 1, 1940. She is survived by her sons, Arshad Shafiq-Jan, Amjad Shafiq and Mohammad Shafiq; daughters, Samina Sajjad and Afshan Najam; grandchildren, Armaan, Adina, Aliaba, Misha, Maira, Anabil, Daniyal, Waniya, Barina and Arham; sister, Shaista Latif; daughters-in-law, Naila Amjad, Patricia Shafiq-Jan and Kanwal Yaqoob Shafiq; sons-in-law, Sajjad Amin and Najam-us-Saqlain.
Shamim will be laid to rest in her home town of Lahore, Pakistan.
