Thomas Anthony Chapman, 69, was born in Miami, FL. He died September 9,2017, in West Palm Beach, FL. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Lake Worth Memory Gardens. Thomas worked for Palm Beach County Schools, Publix Market, and Wal-Mart. He also served as a security guard. Thomas was active in the Crossroads Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. Thomas is survived by several cousins.
