Rafael Hernandez, age 38, of N. Lauderdale, Florida passed away January 29, 2018. Rafael is survived by his partner, Yolanda Rodriguez, children, Angie Hernandez and Aaliyah Hernandez, father and Mother, Emerito and Bernadina Hernandez, brothers, Alex Hernandez and Sammy Hernandez.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, February 2, 2018 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, the Rev. Antony Madathiparambil celebrant. Burial will follow at Palm Beach Memorial Park, Lantana. The family will receive friends 11:00 AM -1:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
