Clarice M. Augustine, age 96, of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away April 6, 2018. Mrs. Augustine was predeceased by her husband, David C. Augustine, and her son, John Gary Augustine.
She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her daughter, Sandra "Sandy" Chappell (Tom), 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Friday, April 13, 2018 at Oak Lawn Cemetery Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, the Rev. Troy Chappell celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 AM until the hour of service.
Local arrangements are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
